Mdpetpops Refund Policy
Mdpetpops pet supplies
Free returns within thirty (30) days of delivery. When returning a pet product that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Mdpetpops within thirty (30) days of receipt of the pet product. Pet products must be free of any wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use, must be in the same packaging and condition in which you received the product, and must contain all contents of the box (screws, plates, hardware, etc.). You must obtain prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Mdpetpops. Any warranty issues must be resolved before the return is processed. No returns allowed after thirty (30) days of delivery date.
Accessories and replacement parts
Any accessories purchased or replacement parts received under the Limited Warranty may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returned accessories or replacement parts must be unused, free of any wear, dirt, dust, fragrance or any other signs of use, and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition as when you received it.
Non-returnable/non-refundable items
Used products, special orders, sale items, gift cards and premium orders cannot be returned except in the extreme case of breakage/failure covered by our warranty and only after receipt of our return approval.
Refund
Whether you are returning a cat tree or multiple pet products, any items returned from an order using a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be issued once pet products have been received and inspected.
In order to make a valid return, you must obtain written approval from Mdpetpops for such return. Please contact us at wuhp@live.com and provide proof of purchase and photos of the item(s) you wish to return. Any products you return to Mdpetpops without Mdpetpops’ written consent will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
